1. Introduction
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products purchased from our website. It works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with UK consumer rights law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Non-medical products are sold by the partner pharmacy named on your order confirmation, which takes your payment and issues any refund.
2. Statutory consumer rights
Under UK law, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. For online purchases, you generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order and a further 14 days to return the goods, unless exemptions apply.
3. Defective product warranty (up to 1 year)
If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, you may return it for a repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for return postage and the cost of shipping the replacement product. Proof of purchase is required.
4. Change of mind returns (30-day policy)
You may return unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The same cancellation and refund terms apply whichever partner pharmacy prescribes or dispenses your order. If you cancel a medication order before it is dispensed, you will receive a full refund. No cancellation fee applies. Once the dispensing pharmacy has dispatched your medicine, no refund is available and medicine cannot be returned, because dispensed medicines cannot be reused. If the prescriber declines your order, you receive a full refund.
